Atlantic Yacht Delivery provides professional local and regional yacht and powerboat delivery for owners, brokers, dealers and marinas throughout New Jersey and New York. Trips may range from short marina-to-marina relocations to longer coastal moves requiring route planning, weather evaluation, fuel planning and professional vessel handling.
Common operating areas include Barnegat Bay, Barnegat Inlet, the Jersey Shore, Manasquan Inlet, Point Pleasant Canal, Sandy Hook, Atlantic Highlands, New York Harbor, Long Island, Long Island Sound and the Hudson River.
New Jersey & New York Local & Regional Yacht Relocation
Not every yacht delivery requires a multi-day offshore passage. Atlantic Yacht Delivery regularly handles shorter regional moves between marinas, boatyards, dealerships and private docks throughout New Jersey and New York. These may include seasonal relocations, moving a newly purchased vessel, repositioning a boat for service or storage, or simply getting the vessel from one harbor to another safely and efficiently.
Local deliveries can also extend beyond New Jersey and New York when needed, including Long Island Sound, Connecticut, the Hudson River, Delaware Bay and nearby southern New England waters. Each trip is planned around the vessel, weather, tides, currents, fuel range and destination rather than forcing every move into the same route.

Atlantic Yacht Delivery has completed local and regional vessel moves throughout New Jersey and the surrounding Northeast, including deliveries along the Jersey Shore from Sandy Hook to Cape May, Barnegat Bay, New York Harbor, Long Island Sound, the Hudson River and Delaware River & Bay.
Our regional work has also included deliveries between New Jersey and Long Island, Connecticut and Cape Cod, as well as moves along the Hudson River and Delaware River. Whether the trip is across the bay, between neighboring marinas or several hundred miles along the coast, the same attention is given to vessel preparation, weather, tides, currents, fuel planning and safe operation.

Barnegat Home Waters, Sea Trials & Owner Orientation
Atlantic Yacht Delivery is based in the Barnegat area, with Barnegat Bay and Barnegat Inlet serving as Capt. Tom’s home waters. In addition to professional deliveries, Capt. Tom regularly operates these waters aboard his own vessel and has extensive firsthand experience with Barnegat Inlet, local tides and currents, shallow-water navigation and the surrounding Jersey Shore.
Local work also includes sea trials, new-vessel orientation and hands-on owner instruction in Lacey Township, Brick, the Navesink area, Long Island and the Hampton Roads/Norfolk region, including new-owner orientation associated with vessels from Comstock Yacht Sales.
