Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Welcome to the Atlantic Yacht Delivery, LLC website. By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Website Information
The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. Atlantic Yacht Delivery makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but routes, schedules, pricing, travel requirements, marina availability, fuel availability, weather conditions, regulations, vessel capabilities, and other factors may change without notice.
Requests for Quotes
Submitting a Request a Yacht Delivery Quote form or contacting Atlantic Yacht Delivery does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance of a delivery.
Any preliminary route, schedule, delivery-time estimate, or cost estimate is based on the information available at the time and may change after additional vessel information, weather, route conditions, crew requirements, travel arrangements, fuel requirements, or other circumstances are evaluated.
Yacht Delivery Estimates and Scheduling
Yacht and powerboat delivery schedules are affected by factors that may be outside the control of Atlantic Yacht Delivery, including weather, sea conditions, tides, currents, mechanical issues, vessel performance, fuel availability, marina availability, bridge and lock schedules, navigation restrictions, daylight, and other safety considerations.
Estimated delivery times are planning estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
The captain retains responsibility for operational decisions concerning the safe navigation of the vessel and may delay, modify, suspend, or terminate a voyage when conditions warrant.
Vessel Information
Owners and representatives are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the vessel, including its condition, dimensions, draft, air draft, cruising speed, fuel capacity, fuel consumption, engine configuration, navigation equipment, safety equipment, and known mechanical issues.
Actual vessel performance may differ from manufacturer specifications or owner estimates. Route planning, delivery time, fuel requirements, and pricing may be revised if actual operating conditions differ materially from the information originally provided.
Vessel Condition and Preparation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the vessel should be seaworthy and properly prepared for the intended voyage.
Owners are responsible for disclosing known mechanical, electrical, navigation, steering, fuel-system, safety-equipment, or other vessel issues that could affect the delivery.
Atlantic Yacht Delivery may decline to depart or may suspend a voyage if the vessel cannot, in the captain's judgment, be operated safely.
Weather and Safety
Safety of the vessel and crew takes priority over schedules.
Atlantic Yacht Delivery does not guarantee departure or passage during a particular weather window. Departure times, routes, stops, offshore passages, Intracoastal Waterway routing, and other voyage decisions may be adjusted based on actual and forecast conditions.
Pricing and Expenses
Pricing varies by vessel, route, crew requirements, travel, expected duration, and other circumstances.
Unless specifically included in a written agreement, expenses such as fuel, dockage, marina fees, lodging, meals, transportation, airfare, rental vehicles, rideshare services, repairs, parts, towing, and other voyage-related expenses may be the responsibility of the vessel owner or client.
Final pricing and payment terms will be established separately for each engagement.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation, postponement, weather-delay, standby, travel-reimbursement, and other project-specific terms will be addressed in the applicable delivery agreement, proposal, or other written arrangement.
Third-Party Services
Atlantic Yacht Delivery may rely on or interact with third parties during a delivery, including marinas, fuel docks, mechanics, transportation providers, hotels, airlines, towing companies, weather services, and other vendors.
Atlantic Yacht Delivery is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, pricing, or performance of independent third-party providers.
Insurance
Vessel owners are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their vessel and for confirming that their policy permits the contemplated delivery, geographic area, navigation limits, seasonal operation, captain or crew arrangements, and intended route.
Insurance requirements and geographic or seasonal restrictions vary by policy and insurer.

Unless otherwise noted, text, photographs, graphics, branding, and other original content appearing on this website are the property of Atlantic Yacht Delivery, LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Atlantic Yacht Delivery is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites.
Limitation of Website Information
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a substitute for a vessel-specific delivery agreement, professional mechanical inspection, marine survey, insurance advice, legal advice, navigation publication, official weather information, Notice to Mariners, Coast Guard requirement, or other authoritative source.
Separate Service Agreements
Actual yacht delivery, charter captain, owner instruction, sea-trial, and related services may be governed by a separate written proposal, agreement, confirmation, or contract.
If there is any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a written agreement for a specific service, the written agreement for that service controls.
Changes to These Terms
Atlantic Yacht Delivery may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
